Q. Will any data be lost during my repair?

A. No. But you should ALWAYS back up your device to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances such as you losing your iPhone or in the case its stolen from you. Take a moment to browse your iPhone, through your contacts and photos and imagine if they were gone. It’s a real possibility. Back up your device.

Q. Can I mail in my device?

A. Sure. But please include a prepaid self addressed envelope to ensure the device is sent back on the same day.

Q. My iPhone is in pretty bad shape and it needs multiple repairs. Can you do a discount for this?

A. Definitely. If we already have your iPhone apart to do one repair, replacing another component will be quick and easy and as such attracts only a small extra charge.

Q. I have attempted the repair myself and think I may have made the problem worse. Can you still help?
